We couldn't find any listing in a dictionary, but Wiki says it's one of 166 species of Epinotia, which is a kind of moth.

It's also a word in a Macedonain dialect.

And also a Kingdom in the Mossi State of Yatenga.

None of these sound like the soft, cotton cloth that many people wear on their heads instead of a Bandana.

We believe Zandana name for easy tie Bandana just comes from Z being the last letter of the alphabet tagged onto the andana from the word Bandana.  Simple!
