Made from 100% polyester microfibre this item is breathable when it's hot and also thermal for when it's cold.

Instructions for tieing / folding of 12 methods is included.  The 13th is to wrap it around your wrist.  We made that one up, if you have any more uses for this item we would love to hear from you.
