We try to process all orders as soon as possible and we aim to dispatch your order the same day it is placed (weekdays only, orders with cleared payment recieved by 3pm). Orders with cleared payment recieved after 3pm will be dispached the next working day. We use Royal Mail first class service and your order for delivery within the UK could arrive the next working day, however, please allow 10 working days for delivery within the UK. In the rare instance of non-delivery, we provide replacement pending stock availability or alternative item by default or refund if we are unable to fulfil original order or choice of alternative item. For overseas delivery we use International Signed for Service. Please allow 15 working days for deliveries to Europe and 17 working days for delivery to rest of world. These delivery guidelines have been provided by Royal Mail. We offer next day delivery service, however order and cleared payment need to be recieved by 12 noon at the latest for this to be possible. This service is only available for delivery on weekdays as there is no Saturday delivery service available. Unfortunately we are unable to pass to our delivery handlers any specific customer instructions such as "if out leave in porch". Payment: We accept payment by PayPal or Nochex, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. Buyers from outside the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s. We also accept bank transfer, however this method can take several days and we are unable to dispatch until cleared payment has cleared our bank account. We can also accept postal orders and bankers drafts, please contact us for further details. We do not accept personal cheques. Returns / Cancelling your order: If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange return of the item. For instances of damage in transit, wrong item sent out or change of mind we will issue a pre-paid envelope. In instances of customer ordering more than one item for fit, colour matching or if customer orders incorrectly then customer to pay return costs. In all cases we recommend obtaining and retaining a Certificate of Posting that clearly shows the address the order was returned to and the official issuing Post Office date stamp. This is your proof of return and is available FREE upon request from your local Post Office. Please do not return goods using Recorded signed for, Tracked or Special Delivery as these items will not reach us and will be returned to the sender address on the reverse. If you wish to cancel your order after dispatch but before receipt of goods, please either refuse delivery or accept the delivery, do not open, mark it "return to sender" and pop it back into a Royal Mail postbox or hand to counter staff at any Post Office. We will refund upon receipt. In instances of damage upon arrival we offer replacement only unless an item is out of stock. In instances of change of mind we offer refund only.
