Fastens with 2 chunky white metal press studs.  There are 2 positions for fastening.  Smallest with fit approx wrist circumference on 15cm or smaller.  The bigger setting will fit wrist of approx circumference of 18cm.

Total length of the strap between longest points is 22cm.  Measures approx 4cm wide.
